Water based Series 115 Inks

Pardad Rang Kahroba Series 115 water-based flexographic inks are formulated for high-quality printing on decorative paper covers for parquet and etc.

• For faster drying, a 1:1 mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol can be used.
• Printing equipment can be easily cleaned with water before the ink dries completely. However, due to the high adhesion of the dried ink, strong cleaning agents may be required. In such cases, it is recommended to use Pardad Rang Kahroba's special cleaner.

Hue: Based on the shades available in the catalog.

To reduce the shade of the inks, use Series 115 varnish.

Packaging: Available in 24 kg polyethylene and plastic containers, and one-ton polyethylene tanks.

Storage: Protect from freezing. Store at temperatures between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed.

Best used within nine months of production when stored under recommended conditions.

These water-based inks from Pardad Rang Kahroba are foam-free. However, since foam generation during the printing process depends on various factors such as the printing machine speed, Pardad Rang Kahroba's special defoamer can be added at a rate of approximately 0.5% of the ink weight to control foaming if necessary.
