PA Series 70 inks

Pardad Rang Kahraba's Series 70 inks are high-quality, solvent-based inks specifically designed for rotogravure and flexographic printing on Sausage cover.

Technical Properties:

• Exceptional color strength
• Excellent heat resistance
• Superior adhesion
• Outstanding chemical resistance

Viscosity Adjustment:

• Use Ethyl Acetate mixture with Isopropyl alcohol or with Ethanol to adjust viscosity.
• For Flexographic printing: 17-25 seconds at 25°C (Ford Cup #4)
• For rotogravure printing: 14-22 seconds at 25°C (Ford Cup #4)
• For slower drying: Use Ethyl glycol or Methoxypropanol.

Hue: Based on the shades available in the catalog.

To reduce ink shade, use series 70 varnish.

Usage and Storage:

• Stir thoroughly before use.
• Store in sealed containers, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Ideal storage temperature: 10-35°C.
• Colored inks are packaged in 18kg polyethylene containers, while white ink is packaged in 24kg containers.

Shelf Life:

• Under optimal storage conditions, colored inks have a shelf life of up to one year.
• Metallic inks have a shelf life of two months.
