Viscosity Adjusting Solvent: Pardad Rang Kahroba's ready-to-use solvent or a mixture of ethyl acetate and anhydrous isopropyl alcohol. Pardad Rang Kahroba's ready-to-use solvent is suitable only for flexographic printing systems.
- Flexo system: 80% anhydrous isopropyl alcohol or ethanol + 20% ethyl acetate (1:4)
- Gravure system: 50% anhydrous isopropyl alcohol or ethanol + 50% ethyl acetate (1:1)
- The mentioned ratios are approximate, and the exact values depend on various conditions. To slow down the drying of the ink, use ethyl glycol or methoxy propanol. To speed up the drying of the ink, use ethyl acetate.
- Flexo printing viscosity: 22-25 seconds at 25 degrees Celsius with a Ford Cup No. 4
- Rotogravure printing viscosity: 14-22 seconds at 25 degrees Celsius with a Ford Cup No. 4
Mix thoroughly before use.
Hue: Based on the shades available in the catalog, to reduce the shade of the inks, use Series 40 varnish.
Packaging: Colored inks in 20 kg polyethylene containers, white ink in 25 kg containers, or one-ton polyethylene pails.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources. Store at temperatures between 10 and 35 degrees Celsius. Avoid direct sunlight on ink containers. Keep containers tightly closed.
- Shelf life: Under proper storage conditions, up to one year from the date of production. Metallic inks have a shelf life of three months.
