50 Overprint Varnish

This solvent-based overprint varnish is specifically designed for flexographic and rotogravure printing systems.

Suitable Film Type:

Soft temper aluminum foil

Technical Specifications:

• Enhances adhesion and heat resistance of the printed image.
• Provides scratch and abrasion resistance.
• Suitable for surface printing.

Application Method:

• Used as the final printing layer.
• Adjust viscosity with ethyl acetate.
• Mix thoroughly before use.
• Retarder: Ethylene glycol or methoxy propanol
• Drying time accelerator: Ethyl acetate
• Application rate: 3-15 grams per square meter
• Drying temperature: 70-80°C
• Shelf life: Six months in sealed containers from the date of production
