Printing Method and System

This solvent-based thermolac is specifically designed for rotogravure printing systems.

Technical Specifications:

• Provides heat bonding of aluminum foil and aluminum blister to PP surfaces.
• Solids content: 28±2%
• Application rate: 3-6 grams per square meter
• Sealing temperature: 160-180°C
• Viscosity adjustment solvent: Ethyl acetate
• The surface must be clean, grease-free, and free of oxidation.
• Stir thoroughly before use to ensure uniformity.
• Store in sealed containers at a temperature between 20°C and 25°C.
• Shelf life: Six months in sealed containers from the date of production.
