PVC Series 180 Inks

Pardad Rang Kahraba's Series 180 inks are high-quality, solvent-based inks specifically designed for rotogravure printing on MDF covers.

Technical Properties:

• Exceptional color strength
• Excellent heat resistance
• Superior adhesion
• Outstanding chemical resistance

Viscosity Adjustment:

• Use ethyl acetate or MEK and toluene to adjust viscosity.
• For rotogravure printing: 14-22 seconds at 25°C (Ford Cup #4)
• For slower drying: Use Series 180 Pardad retarder.

Usage and Storage:

• Stir thoroughly before use.
• To reduce ink shade, use Series 180 varnish.
• Store in sealed containers, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Ideal storage temperature: 10-35°C.
• Colored inks are packaged in 20kg polyethylene containers, while white ink is packaged in 23kg containers.

Shelf Life:

• Under optimal storage conditions, colored inks have a shelf life of up to one year.
• Metallic inks have a shelf life of three months.
